  • How much do we cost?

The cost of hiring us very much depends on the distance we have to travel from our homes and the times you want us to set up by and finish playing. These are different at nearly every gig. We can get you a quote to reflect this once we have received an enquiry from stating the following

Full 2k PA System & Lighting rig

Option of running an iPod through our PA system when the band is not performing   before and between sets. (Please note that this service is not offered after the band have finished, if you require this service after the band has finished please indicate this on your enquiry and we will include the fee in your quote)

We can play your choice of 1st dance song (providing it’s suitable for a guitar based band, with enough notice to learn the track) Or this can be played through our PA system on your iPod.

 

  • What insurance do you have?

We carry a £5million Public Liability Insurance policy with all of equipment being  regularly PAT tested. Certificates for these can be supplied if required by your venue.

  • How long do you need to set up?

For a wedding we’ll need around 1hr – 1 ½ hrs to get everything unloaded, set-up,

 sound checked and all empty cases cleared away and then another 10 minutes to  get     changed into suitable attire for the event. We’ll always do our best to get things set up as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that there are a number of things that can slow us down. Please always allow enough time for us to set up. We appreciate especially at a wedding that it’s a special day and everything needs to be perfect including the band. We aim to give you the best performance we can and it takes time to set up.

 

 

  • What space do you require?

There are five members in the band and ideally a minimum of 6m x 3m is required. However, we appreciate this can’t always be the case and we can work with whatever space is available. We’ve been crammed into tiny spaces before. However, the more space we have the more freedom we have to move around and give you the most energetic performance we can

  • Can we pick our own set?

Yes,

 

Our aim is to keep as many people up on the dance floor as possible so we like to give our customers the option of picking their own set as this will enable us to respond to the audience and put together a set that works best for them, After all, you know the type, age of audience that will be there at the function, whether this be a wedding or a party. If there are a few songs on our set list that you would particularly like us to play (or not play) at your function then by all man’s let us know.
